Australian Sailing recognises that privacy is important and providing personal information is an act of trust. Australian Sailing takes that seriously, and will manage your Information only in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at: https://www.sailing.org.au/about/privacy-policy/

Individuals must promptly advise their Affiliated Club of any change of name, address or other relevant identification and contact details, either in writing or electronically.

Individuals acknowledge and consent to Australian Sailing’s use of their personal information for the purpose of sending electronically or by other means, newsletters from Australian Sailing and Affiliated Clubs, which may include information of sponsors or other third parties.

Agreement

I agree to be bound by the rules and Code of Conduct of the Cairn Curran Sailing Club Inc. I consent for my contact details to be listed in the Club newsletter/program for assisting with organising sailing events except where I have expressly notified the club in writing otherwise. I also consent for the Club and it's sponsors the right in perpetuity, to make, use and show, from time to time and at their discretion, any motion pictures, still pictures, live, taped, film or television and any other reproductions, during club and related events without compensations and that such material may from time to time be posted to the CCSC Facebook group and web page. I hereby consent to any above-named juniors (under 18 years old) participating in the Cairn Curran Sailing Club Inc. racing and/or junior program upon the terms and rules of the Club and do also indemnify the Officers and organisers of the Club.
