The basis for the Cairn Curran Sailing Club Adult Code of Conduct is the provision of a safe environment (physical and emotional) that allows junior and youth members to undertake training that provides the foundation of good sailing skills, seamanship, water safety and good sporting behaviour. It is expected that this Code of Conduct will be strictly observed by all adults, who work within the direction of the Cairn Curran Sailing Club, recognising that at all times they should act responsibly and exercise a "duty of care" to the junior and youth members. The fundamental principles, upon which stands our Code of Adult Conduct, are: -
