A fantastic way to have a great day out with your partner, friends, colleagues or family. CCSC looks forward to showing you just how fun, safe, and affordable sailing is.
You can go out for a short sail with an experienced sailor, have a look around the club facilities, find out about the programs available.
People of all abilities are welcome.
Discover Sailing Days are free to attend, boats and safety equipment is provided by the club.
All you need to bring is clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting wet, sun screen and a hat.

Club policy is that if you cannot attend on your rostered duty day,
that it is your responsibility to arrange a replacement.

What we sail
Classes at CCSC include Flying Fifteen, Finn, Laser, Impulse, Mirror, Pacer, Tasar, 420, 125, NS14, Sabot, Sabre, 12' Cadet, RL24, A-Class, F18 Cats, Mosquito, Nacra 16 and others, something for everyone.
When we sail
Saturdays from October to the end of April.
Briefing at 1:00pm with racing starting at 2:30pm
How to join the club
It's easy, come along any club race day, have a chat with a member.
The club welcomes and invites you to participate in club racing program.
Non-members may participate in up to four club races. Try it out!
Members from other clubs are also most welcome to enjoy our facilities and hospitality.
Where is CCSC?
The Reservoir is located at Baringhup, near Maldon in Central Victoria.
It is about 40 minutes from Bendigo and 20 minutes drive from Castlemaine, or about 100 minutes drive from Melbourne.
The Club house is located at the Northern end of the reservoir.
